SHC&P Corporate Sponsorship Program

As economic conditions worsened over the past few years, the demand for services the Self Help Closet and Pantry of Des Plaines provides grew steadily.  Recognizing that we could not support that growing demand without additional financial resources, we established a corporate sponsorship program and reached out to the business community in Des Plaines to ask for assistance.  The response was fantastic – with roughly $5000 in contributions coming in from our initial campaign in December 2010.

Sponsorship levels are determined by contributions in the following ranges:

Diamond Level Sponsorship - $1,000 or greater annual contribution

Platinum Level Sponsorship - $500 to $999 annual contribution

Gold Level Sponsorship - $250 to $499 annual contribution

Our corporate sponsorship campaign is an annual program that has been established to create a recurring source of funds.  While the campaign runs the last two months of each year, we would gratefully accept new sponsors throughout the year.  With our focus on serving those in need, the SHC&P is limited in what we can do to show our gratitude to our sponsors, but we do provide a plaque to display in our corporate sponsors’ facilities and make every effort possible to provide additional recognition to those who contribute.  Should your company be interested in becoming a corporate sponsor of the Self Help Closet & Pantry of Des Plaines, please contact our Executive Director, Debbie Walusiak at 847-337-1443. 

Sponsorship is being established on an annual basis in order to create a recurring source of funds.  We would not necessarily expect you to participate every year, or to always contribute at the same level.  We would greatly appreciate any contribution you make whenever you can make it.
