Recycle Your Computer for Free

The Des Plaines Public Works & Engineering Department announces that the local Deep Green Committee, the City of Des Plaines, and PC Rebuilders and Recyclers (PCRR) are partnering to co-host a free Electronics Recycling Event taking place on Saturday, March 27 from 9am-Noon at Public Works located at 1111 Joseph J. Schwab Road.
Des Plaines residents interested in recycling their old electronics are encouraged to bring their items to this event. Acceptable items include: all computer components, phone equipment, hand-held electronics, DVD’s, VCR’s and televisions. This is a one day event.
